My husband initially had an unsatisfactory experience with his first purchase with this dealership due to issues with the 2022 Ford F350. Once Mark the sales manager found out about his experience, he went above and beyond to make his experience a better one. Communicating with my husband, and trying to rectify the mechanical issues with the truck, and making sure my husband had a vehicle throughout the process. Although his original purchase could not be fixed, Mark made it his mission to have my husband satisfied. He helped my husband purchase a newer truck at an unbelievable price and would not let my husband leave without feeling confident in his purchase. Mark made my husband and I feel as if our concerns were valid and met. We are satisfied!! Thank you Mark! You truly went above and beyond!!

I especially like the personal service of the service tech calling to provide his findings, discussing possible fixes, and working with me to pick what works best for me. On the downside, i am a little put of by the person taking in my vehicle not being a tech. This seems to be an industry trend, but i am more comfortable dealing with a tech. The intake person was pleasant and competent, but i wished the person had more knowledge of my vehicle.

Each time I have a need to have servicing done by this dealership, I always know the staff listens to my request, offers an honest assessment and cost estimate, and I know it will be done right the first time, and in a timely manner. I have often asked advice, or requested information regarding my vehicles, and I have always had a cheerful assistance. SO far, no problems for me, and the mechanics do a great job, keeping me informed if an unexpected situation arrives.

Terrible service. I checked my truck in for a routine service. After 6 days that hadn’t started working on it. Eventually, 2 weeks later, they gave it back to me with a few more issues. I now returned the car since the headlights they fixed are broken again. It’s been another week of nobody working on the truck. The issues could all have been fixed within 1-2 days. 3 weeks later I only have excuses and broken expectations.

Best service at a dealership that I have ever had! They worked on my 2013 Ford F150 lariat Aug 2023 and they fixed both the problems. 1st they fixed the evap problem I was having forever. 2nd they fixed the 4x4 problem I was having. It was getting worse and worse, but was intermittent for years. 2 other dealerships (Townsend ford and Gervis ford) couldn't figure out. The other dealerships kept part swapping with my truck, so I didn't bother going back. The 4x4 was growling and making crunching noises and getting worse, so I tried Colonial Ford. So, glad I did!!! The Technician knew exactly what the problem was and fix it. I have never had brake service at a dealership before, I usually work on my vehicles myself, but I am not getting any younger. I had them perform a front rotor and pad service on the truck too. I can't say enough good about Colonial Ford. I trust them! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, not just Ford owners. They really know what they are doing. I purposely waited this long to post this review because 5 months have gone by and the truck is perfect. Kevin bates
